Great run! Felt very good despite having a beer and overindulging at the baseball game last night that we went to to celebrate my birthday which is on Monday. A friend ran the last mile with me which was super awesome of her and we just talked the whole way. It was nice to have some company that was willing to run my pace. Very refreshing.
