I put this at a higher effort becuase mentally it was tough. I don't know how much longer I'm going to do this. Tomorrow I'm definately only going to run once. 5 miles. That's it. No gym or anything else.
My mind has just been in a bad place lately. Feels like I can't do anything right with running and have done everything wrong. Ugh! it almost makes me want to give up but I cant.
