I'm down 6 pounds since the new year which is nice. The weight is coming off nice and slow which is fine by me. I want to get down to 155 by August. I'm thinking of buying some books to inspire me.
Anyway, today is my BIRTHDAY so that means that I had to lower my HR alarms on my Garmin. Instead of lowering my max HR beep one bpm, I lowered it down to two so it beeps now at 158bpm. My MAF with good girl points is 157. I think that is fair.
I was thinking on my run today that doing this low heart rate training while also coaching is going to be a challenge but I need to stick to my guns for this. Even if I'm the very last person in, I'm sticking to it becuase I want this to work.
