I ran behind Sara. Michael started before us. I felt reasonable. A lot better than I thought I would after yesterday's run. My first mile was 12:24, but then I picked it up after that. 10:03, 10:46, 10:52, 10:39 with a 4:55 for the last half mile. It was 70 degrees by the end of it all.
