Big Hill in 23:49, which was quite a bit faster than two days ago. Plus it didn't feel overly hard, so that was nice. Then I ran the rest of the way talking with Tyson. Big group starting out today with Tyson, Sara, Nicole and Tanner Boone, plus a lady named Carla, who has been visiting Randy, a friend of ours here at the condo.
Hot and slower pace. I was pretty tired and worn out by the end. Hopefully I'll feel faster in a few days.
