Notes
Well, I started out quicker, and decided to see how it would go if I kept the pace moving during the run. It went okay. Miles splits were: 9:15, 8:48, 8:40, 8:30, 8:27, 8:32, 8:46, and 8:42. I still needed to lose many pounds to get to where this is easy, but it's a step in the right direction.
