Notes

I ran 15 minutes wu, then 20 by 30 second surges at a fast pace (6:10 - 7:10 pace) followed by an easy 1:30 run. Then 15 minutes of cd. I felt sluggish at the beginning, but ended up feeling fine. Most of the middle miles were mid 8's, so I'm headed back in the right direction.
