Notes
I was planning on getting in 3 miles this morning before heading to Spearfish for a track meet. There was too much snow to run the sidewalks without complaining the whole way, so I decided to only run once in Spearfish tonight. I ran 8 miles which went pretty well except for the slow pace. I'll go for more miles to make up for the 3 I missed tomorrow.
