Wow, this was slow. I wanted to be sure that my Achilles didn't bother me with the hills on the route so I purposely ran really, really slowly. It actually was a really nice run. I went 6.5, and it felt like about 2. Kind of amazing, actually. I didn't run this morning because I felt I needed to give the leg a bit of a rest today. It seemed to have worked. I had no issues at all during the run.
