I ran 2 x 800 (3:03, 3:07) with 800 recovery run, then 7 x 400 (90-93) with 400 meter recovery run, then 2 x 200 with 200 meters recovery run. The pace did not feel easy. The good news was that the pace did get easier as the workout progressed. I added an extra (7th) 400, mostly because I wasn't really happy with the time on the 6th one. Then I finished up with two untimed 200's. It was a good workout even though it wasn't as fast as I'd like. I'm not sure what to do to run faster, but since these were right at my limit, I was happy with how I did. I pressed the recovery pace on most of them, at 8 minute pace or faster on most of the recovery running.
