Notes
It was an interesting run. I knew I wanted to do 8 miles. The wind was in my face going out. The first mile I managed in 11:22 and felt like that was the limit. My legs were tight and tired. My second mile felt faster but ended up only at 10:24. I figured it was going to be a slow run. Then I went under 10 at 9:57, and ran 9:47 my last mile into the wind. With the wind at my back it was much better. 9:44, 9:26, 9:09 and 8:52. All of these miles felt easy and under control.
