amazing race. felt great the entire time. way over exceeded my expectations. could have possibly run a little faster overall had I not convinced my self that I needed to go out at a 7:15-20 pace. The long hill was pretty brutal but spectators and other runs helped me through it. the last four were a blast and very simple. long downhills strides kept me fresh for the last parts of the run. rode that feeling out thru to the end. will write more when get chace and if remember
