First hard snow run i've had in a long time. At halfway point, my eyelashes has tiny icicles on them. A little asthma at the end. Heel on left foot has the pain i've been feeling recently. Also, after my run yesterday, i had pain around the medial side of my right kneecap. Can't tell if it's a ligament or if i smashed my knee and don't remember, but there was some pain in the beginning of the run before i got loosened up.
