I've always had a mental block with time trials, so I'm glad this one went as well as it did.
Shoes came untied 3 laps in. It is what it is.
I did some good dancing, I ran faster than tempo pace, and I can use this as motivation during winter break. I'm going to attack my weaknesses, sharpen my strengths, and come back ready to roll. Focusing on the future, looking inward, fixing my flaws.
MEGA-PROUD of all of my chicks today (and yesterday!). I love you all so much, this team is the best group of ladies I could ever ask for.
Also proud of my dudes, y'all are studs!
