JUST COVER THE GODDAMN MOVE, CARINA.
I hate myself.
I was not mentally engaged. This is obviously a recurring weakness, so I am going to be focusing on meditation a lot more during the track season. I cannot continue like this. It shouldn't matter how emotionally drained I am, I should be able to perform when I race. I need to be tougher. I need to have the mental fortitude to hang onto a pack or a pace, even in the fourth k, even when we get out hard. I also need to figure out what I can adjust in my training so that I am better prepared for covering surges and closing gaps.
