Notes

Progression run starting at base pace (5:00 per km) and ending at half marathon pace (3:50). Feet were sweaty in the last 5k and with the lack of traction it made the treadmill feel like I was running on ice at half marathon speed. Interesting feeling. Not sure I like it.
