2000 at threshold (148s) + 3x800 at 5k pace + 2x400 at 1500 effort
Workout went ok tonight. A little trouble keeping my pace consistent, but I worked at not going out too hard and went 3:11, 3:11, 3:12, 79 (41/38), 81 (41/40). It seemed to be kiddie night at the track, so there was a little child-dodging involved in all of this.
