5k time trial at Lied. I just wanted to run fast before next weekend. Coming off of sickness I didn't really know what to expect. Felt crappy on the warmup and said I'd be satisfied with anything sub 17. As soon as I started I felt great and was able to run pretty consistently. 12 second PR. It was awesome. I wasn't even that tired at the end which makes me think I could go sub 16 at the end of this season or next spring.
5:11, 5:16, and 5:46 (3.11 miles, 5:11 pace).
