Awesome long run in Flagstaff around 7,000 feet of elevation. Gorgeous route along Lake Mary Road with views of Mt Humphry. The town is very cool as well. Only really felt the elevation on the uphills really, not sure. Heart rate looks like it stayed relatively okay. Damn, it would be nice to live here. Doesn't feel like Arizona, feels more like Utah or Colorado.
