Awesome workout this morning. 5 at MP, 1 at tempo, and 4 at MP. Felt sluggish at first but after three miles I wanted to shoot for sub 6 pace the whole workout. Let MacCoy go ahead and do his own thing after 3 miles and just locked in. Ran the tempo in 5:48 and started feeling excited as my body was feeling good at last. Just cruised the last 4 miles and finished feeling good. I was pretty happy to average 5:56 for the whole ten mile. Great workout.
