Notes
This run had pretty much every type of weather in it besides snow. Felt supper sluggish the first 2.5 miles but then it rained hard and it felt super refreshing so I picked it up. Then it stopped raining and got hot and steamy again so I slowed down slightly. On a side note my digestive system has been screwed up the past couple of days. I've mainly been having diarrhea with maybe a couple of solid poops here and there but it's the sheer number of times that I poop the past couple of days that astounds me. It feels like I poop/diarrhea every hour or two. Hopefully this is just a bug and goes away before returning to Ames. My stomach feels kinda gross.
