3x(4x400 @ 3k pace with 200 jog) with 400 jog between sets. I think I did really well on this workout! This was the first time in a long time that I've had a successful 400's workout so I'm really happy. Even with the 200's rest I was able to come back strong each rep and felt in control the whole time. 4 workouts in 8 days plus a long run, time for some rest! 74, 76, 75, 74, 75, 73, 73, 74, 73, 74, 73 and 73.
