Really awesome run at club time to end the school week. It was 70 and brilliantly sunny today so it felt amazing. Had a good group too. Took off my shirt in the middle of the run, which I haven't done in months. Felt pretty dead before but this run definitely helped ease my soreness from yesterday away. It's been a good week.
