7 mile repeats at 10k pace. 2 minutes rest between. I did this with Keith. The times were 5:36, 5:34, 5:37, 5:32, 5:36, 5:30, and 5:45. Overall I felt fairly tired all morning. I started the workout feeling alright but gradually felt a bit more tired as it went on. The last interval was horrible, changed direction a lot, had to cross 13th street, never got into a rhythm on the last one. Overall not a bad workout with the hilly NoDak loop and the wind. We knew times were going to be slower than when we did six of these inside Lied. Solid day.
