Notes
Had a good group. The wind was ridiculously bad on the way south but the way north was a piece of cake. Might have been the windiest weather I've ever run in. Massive storm rolled in towards the end of the run but we didn't get wet. Right calf kinda twingy but did some stretches and rolled it out tonight in addition to the daily calf raises so we'll see what tomorrow brings. Beautiful weather besides the wind.
