The mile at Club Relays. Just ran this one for fun and goal was just to break 5 as I was 11 miles and one race deep on the day. Felt pretty bad after the first two laps but started feeling better as the race progressed. Split 2:29-2:30 at 809 m and negative split from there to get my goal. Me and Izak ran near each other the whole race. Fun time but I was pretty tired most of the race.
