Notes

Another day of cross training. Biked for half an hour then calf raises and rolls. Tried to run briefly on the treadmill but it Achilles was sore off the bat. Not sure if its just not loose or what, but decided not to risk it. Biked another 30 minutes then iced after. This is a bit annoying. I'm ready to run and train again.
