Workout was supposed to be hills but too cold outside so me and Wes did 16 by 200 with 200 rest on the State Gym track. Definitely not ideal but had to get work in. Averaged about 36 seconds per rep. Not bad with four 90 degree turns per rep. Those turns probably added about two seconds per rep I bet. Good work for doing this on the fly.
