Mile repeats. Did five of them. Started at Hyland Road and Lincoln Way. Times were 5:58 (straight into a 20 mph headwind), 5:37, 5:42, 5:36, and 5:37 to close it out on the crest of the hill on Cameron School Road near George Washington Carver Road. Legs felt good but breathing was not in control. Honestly, I almost canned the workout after that first repeat but I didn't since I knew it would get better with the wind at my side for the rest. I jogged for a minute or two in between each one. Slowly but surly getting better day by day! Very happy with my efforts!
