Notes
3, 2, 1 workout. 3 miles, 800 jog, 2 miles, 800 jog, 1 mile. Goal was 10k pace for the 3 miles, 5k pace for the 2 miles, and whatever I could for the last mile. Body wasn't feeling the best today but ended up muscling out a good workout! 6 miles at sub 5:30 and 7 miles at 5:50 overall is solid!
