Four by 2 mile with two minutes of standing/walking rest between. I did this with Anthony this morning, we did sorta a reverse airport loop with a Curtis Farms add on. I tanked on the workout. Body felt very off this morning which was a stark contrast from yesterday. 5:50 pace felt really hard this morning and it felt like I was running uphill the whole time. I'm not gonna get too down about this. I know I'm in good shape and I've proved it multiple times. No excuses, just did not have it at all this morning.
