Awesome run after nice day at work. Hot and humid but I blocked that out. Legs felt very fresh. Ate a sunnyside up egg on Ezekial bread after run to recover right after. Hope to keep the good runs coming! Vacation in three days and I'm so excited to be on the Jersey shore and in NYC for ten days! New shoes too! New balance 860's as usual.
