Oakland Hills with Keith. Felt solid but that I was working hard at the same time on most reps. In no particular order the times were: 95, 95, 95, 95, 95, 94, 94, and 97. Averaged about 95 so like 5:10 pace for the on's. Good speed and hill workout at the same time. Weather was nice.
