Notes

Met up at the clocktower at 10 for a long run. We did the Zumwalt Station route in reverse. Had a great group of Pat, MacCoy, Keith, Goggs, Matt, and Will (doing a workout too). Felt solid for all of it though my legs were a little tired by the end. Highest ever weekly mileage. Great run and what a way to end one of the best weeks of training I've ever had.
