Notes
Longer easy-ish run with Ray this morning. Already so hot and humid at 9 am. I don't think I've ever sweated this much before on a run lol. Without the shade this run would have been unbearable but it was quite nice not being in direct sunlight. Kept the pace down low without much effort at all which is encouraging!
