Oakland Hills for the first time in almost exactly a year. Did it with Keith. Felt alright, not great. I blow at running hills. I tried to run 3k pace but that didn't really happen. Still, I think it was a pretty good workout overall. It was a grind by the end but we pushed through it. I averaged about 1:37 for almost all of them, my fastest was 1:35 on the first one and slowest was 1:39 (twice) but all others were either 1:36 or 1:37. Averaged about 5:18 for the on's Good mental strengthening workout.
