4 by 2 mile tempos with 2 minutes standing rest in between. Did this with Anthony and MacCoy and we did a great job alternating every three laps of each rep to keep things more interesting. I felt pretty strong on these and and only really felt tired on the last 1.5 miles. Best workout so far. Huge improvement from when I bonked on the third rep, running 11:34 two weeks ago. Ran an extra rep and still managed great times while feeling strong. Getting really excited for the coming months. Times:
