Tune up workout with Keith. 4 by 400 at 3k pace and then 4 by 200 at mile pace. 100 meter walk between each rep. Could certainly feel Tuesday's workout in my legs so I'm either gonna take tomorrow insanely easy or off all together. I'm excited about the meet on Saturday at Luther!
