Failed workout attempt. Supposed to be 3 by 10 minute tempos with 2 minute walk between. Mcmillan said pace should be 5:07-5:21 so I aimed for 5:15 to 5:20, wasn't trying to crush this by any means. Felt not great on the warmup but not awful, how I usually feel on workout warmups. Started off and wasn't feeling good at all in the legs. Just felt like even 5:30 was taking a lot of effort to maintain. Started rep two thinking maybe I shook the garbage out of my body but nope, pace was already rising early in so I had no issues pulling the plug. I'm in PR shape right now I just need to be smart these last 10 days.
