5 by 1000 with 3 minutes(ish) jog rest. Last workout of the season. Legs felt tired coming in and the cold rain, wind, and being alone certainly didn't help. Goal was to be between 3:21-3:27. I was a bit off but it was slippery out and I was kinda water logged by the end so whatever. Kinda felt like I half-assed this but idk. Thank god that was the last morning workout.
