Moderate - 2.5 Miles followed by strides - This would have been an interval workout had I been at home. But due to lack of access to a track, and the fact that body feels a little run down from the travelling, I decided to for-go that effort. Instead, I ran slightly faster than easy pace and threw in some strides. I got a bit lost on this one and thankfully Garmin has the navigate back to start.. Hilton Head does not like to label any of it's streets it seems.
