Intervals - 8X400m with 200m jog recovery; Target pace (1:25 to 1:29); 400m walking rest; 2X200m with 200 jog recovery; Target Pace (37 to 40); Windy (13 MPH)

I repeated the same speed workout as last week. This workout felt really good today. I ran the intervals slightly slower than last week, but it felt alot easier. I plan to up the intensity next week but I wanted it to not be too hard as I have a 5K planned for Sunday.

I averaged 5:52/Mile on the 400m intervals and 9:00/Mile on the recoveries.
