1 Mile Easy, 4 Miles Tempo, 1.5 Miles Easy: Continuous effort
Another good tempo run this week. I stayed within the target range (6:36 to 6:53) for each of the 4 miles. The second half was actually faster than the first. This 4 mile is my PR for 4 miles besting the 26:46 I ran this past Spring.
