Intervals - 8X400m with 200m jog recovery; Target pace (1:24 to 1:27); 4 Minute rest; 2X200m with 200 jog recovery; Target Pace (36 to 40)

I hit all of the intervals on target pace or under. The first one was fast in 81 seconds. Weather was just about as perfect as it can get for this time of the year. Very little wind today which was nice for the workout.

I averaged 5:41/Mile on the 400m intervals and 8:40/Mile on the recoveries.
