Tempo - 4 Miles - Tempo run with Mike today. 1 Mile easy, 4 Miles tempo, 1.5 Miles easy. Good effort. Alot of slush on the sidewalk to run through, jump over, etc. Also, a decent wind to slow us down a bit (17 MPH). Those things considered, this effort was even better than expected. I hit every mile faster than my goal and it felt comfortably hard... as they say.
