Long - 11.5 Miles - Good run today. I pushed the pace a little bit. Effort level was comfortably hard. This is the fastest sustained pace for a training run of 8 miles or more (excluding treadmill running which is suspect).
I am considering eliminating the interval workout planned for Sunday as this effort was hard instead of moderate. I will move the intervals out to Monday, and I will switch Sat and Sunday, giving me any easy 5 miles tomorrow followed by an easy 8 miles on Sunday.
