Tempo - 1 Mile easy, 4 Miles Tempo, 1.5 Miles easy (No recovery)
Nice effort. Decent wind (15 MPH). I thought about continuing on after 4 Miles at tempo. Felt like I had a nice amount left in the tank. In the end, I eased and felt happy to end not feeling totally gassed.
