Long - 12.75 Miles
Dehydration, plain and simple. With the summer fast approaching, I need to start considering fluid intake on all my long runs. No more runs of 10+ miles without water. I walked up a hill in the last mile, then hoofed it in for the last 3/4 of a mile. (Note: the third of a bottle of Jammeson I consumed last night plus the short sleep did not help)
