Good news mike knows whats wrong bad news it's the same thing as usual. Hip and Si joint still maine casue of my ills. Need to cross train more and run less. Mike strongly sugests pool running. I asked him how in the hell to you tell milage and he told me the same way people did before gps. By time. I have no Idea what in the hell he is talking about. I am lost with out garmie. Need to come up with a plan that incoperates cross training. Good news right knee pain knows what it is bad news if I don't stop the pounding on the joints I am doomed to fail again.
