Tough walk today – lower back left side is sore and very tight – I may have to change my plan for this week if it doesn’t start to feel better this evening. It did loosen up during the walk buy any small misteps make it tighten right back up. Tonight I have scheduled a 2-3 mile run so I may scale that back or run really slow. I know this pain is caused by my weak midsection – I really need to continue working on my core, ab work.
